LRS
launches next-generation legal research business
April
10, 2003 - A unique new
legal-research-for-hire company has officially opened its doors this
week. With services available for attorneys, private investigators,
legal authorities and the public, LRS appears to be in a league of its
own.
LRS is
the brainchild of attorney and lifetime professional legal research
expert, Joseph L. Dimech Esquire. He also actively participates,
operates and trains/supervises his staff.
Mr.
Dimech has been a top legal research trainer for 5 years. Another unique
aspect of his company, is that it has a three-tier pricing system,
depending on whether you want him to do the research himself, or one of
his paralegal or legal secretary staff (all trained by him and highly
skilled).
ATTORNEY
& LAW FIRM SERVICES:
The
business practices of many attorneys and law firms may never be the same,
since they can now "outsource" legal research to highly
trained experts who specialize in that field. It can not only save them
valuable time & money, but the job is likely to be done better than
using office staff or other services.
As Mr.
Dimech knows himself, doing research for complicated cases or those that
need rapid attention, the mere thought of legal research can send a
competent, normally calm attorney, into a near panic attack. However, the
researchers at LRS are accustomed to high demands and rapid responses
when needed.
REFERRAL
SERVICE:
LRS will
also include a free attorney referral service listing. But unlike many
such referrals that are just paid advertising that anyone can get listed
in, the LRS referral list will only include those attorneys or law firms
that have been qualified by Joseph Dimech himself.
There
will be a reasonable fee for applicants from the legal professional. The
fee isn't just to "make money from advertising disguised as
referrals", like some other referral companies might do. It will go
towards LRS's time and costs for qualifying the applicants, in order to
provide the public with pre-qualified legal representation referrals.
Applicants denied a listing, will have their fee returned.
PUBLIC
SERVICES:
Some of
our services are also going to be available to the public (especially
for quick general legal questions and answers and legal representation
referrals).
WHAT MAKES LRS UNIQUE AND
"BETTER"?:
What makes LRS
stand out? The quality and versatility or their work, according to
the President of LRS, Joseph Dimech. "We have several products which
appeal to the varied needs of legal practitioners and the public. For
example, sometimes you just want answers which take some digging.
Something you might ordinarily have a paralegal take care of. Our
Para-Brief meets that need."
While meeting
simple research needs is a plus, hard-core legal research is still a focus
of LRS. Dimech says "We have gathered together the best and brightest of
the legal research marketplace from a variety of disciplines and specialties. We
are truly the Virtual Legal Team for the Information Age".
LRS looks forward
to a bright and booming future as more and more legal professionals recognize
the need for and benefit of outsourcing legal research. Dimech describes
his company as the natural result of the evolution of the legal
industry. "In all other fields, people naturally tend to
specialize. Just like the legal industry itself has diversified into
specialties in various areas of law, LRS is the next step - a breakout of the
duties within each specialty, to maximize the skills and efficiencies of each
practitioner."
